Processing & Delivery

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after that — plan on about a week door to door. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. 

Back-ordered items: if your order includes a back-ordered product, we may hold the order and ship everything together once it’s complete. Back-ordered inventory is identified on the product page.

Carrier Delays

All delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary. Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date, and Obi Outfitters has no control over these. If your tracking says “Arriving Late,” please contact the carrier directly for more information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the items ordered and the ship-to address, and are shown at checkout.

Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping on US orders of $49 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
  
•  If it isn’t applied, use code obiFreeShip.
  
• Discount codes of 20% off or less can be combined with free shipping. Codes of more than 20% off cannot — if you use one, standard shipping rates apply.
  
• Free shipping is not available on orders to Canada.

International Shipments

All items ship from the United States, and prices are shown in US dollars. Canada is currently our only international destination.

Canadian orders:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout; free shipping does not apply.
  
• Orders ship once all items are complete. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.
  
• Any import duties or taxes charged by Canada Border Services are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected on delivery.
  
• All Canadian orders are final sale.

Refused Delivery

Refused deliveries may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. Please contact us before refusing a delivery to avoid additional charges.
