STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Obi Outfitters has no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states, "Arriving Late," please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All personalized items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

In-stock items typically ship within 3-6 business days. Inventory products ship quickly, while personalized and made-to-order items take a few days to produce. On occasion, if your order contains a back-ordered product, we may need to hold item(s) to ship the complete order. Back-ordered inventory is identified on the product page. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on the items ordered and the ship-to address.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping may be applied on orders over $75 with code ObiShip. Please keep in mind that this code cannot be combined with any other promotional discount codes. Free shipping is not available for international customers at this time.

REFUSED DELIVERY

Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us before refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers. We are happy to ship packages internationally, including to Canada, Mexico, and overseas. Import duties, taxes, and charges are included in the shipping charge for the selected shipping choice. All international shipments will ship out when the order is ready in full. Due to shipping orders complete, the shipping timeframe may extend to 2-4 weeks.
