Refund policy
Overview
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same packaging that you received it with the original tags attached. We allow 10 days from fulfillment to receive a refund back on the original form of payment and 20 days from fulfillment to receive a refund in the form of store credit. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: items labeled ‘Holiday’, 'Special Order Item', travel bags, gift cards, and gift boxes. All sale items and international purchases are final sale.

Return Period
• Refund to Original Form of Payment: 10 days from fulfillment.
• Store Credit: 20 days from fulfillment.
Note: Any return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the return has been submitted for a refund back on the original form of payment, we cannot change the refund outcome to store credit. Some items are subject to an additional shipping & handling fee.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons. The item(s) will be immediately donated or recycled:
• Item(s) is washed or worn
• Item(s) have stains
• Item(s) have animal hair
• Item(s) is returned damaged
• Item(s) do not have original tags attached
• Item(s) are final sale
• Item(s) are received outside of our return window
Obi Outfitters is not required to issue any refund for item(s) that breach our return policy.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a new item or size, select store credit for the return outcome and receive the full funds of the item via a gift card to repurchase the desired product(s). Exchange Period
• Store Credit: 10 days from fulfillment.

International Exchanges
All international purchases are final sale.
Refunds
Refunds normally take 3-6 business days, but some banks have even longer processing times. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Some items will be subject to an additional shipping & handling fee deduction.
