Reviews policy

At Obi Outfitters, reviews come from real parents and pet parents who have bought and used our baby clothes, accessories and puppy bandanas. We want every review on our site to be honest and helpful, so the next family can choose the right outfit or size with confidence. Read on to see how we handle every review shared with us.

Who Can Leave a Review

Only customers who have bought a product from Obi Outfitters can leave a review for that product. Review request emails are sent 10–14 days after fulfillment, so you have time to receive your order and see how the outfit fits, washes and wears before you review it.

Only verified reviews are shown on our website. Every review comes from a Verified Buyer, which means the reviewer’s purchase has been matched to a real order.

How We Collect Reviews

We use the Judge.me app to collect and display reviews. Each review shows a star rating from 1 to 5 and may include written feedback and photos.

We send review requests to every customer in the same way, whether we expect their experience to be good or bad.

What We Publish

We publish all verified reviews, positive or negative, as long as they follow the guidelines below. A low rating or a critical comment is never a reason on its own for us to hide or remove a review. We do not edit the words of your review or change your star rating. Honest feedback helps other parents and helps us make better products.

Review Guidelines

To keep reviews useful and safe for everyone, we will not publish reviews that:

  • Contain offensive, abusive, hateful or discriminatory language
  • Include personal details such as full names of children, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses
  • Promote other brands, websites or include links
  • Are spam, copied text or clearly unrelated to the product
  • Discuss shipping, payment or order issues only (please contact us for these so we can help you directly)
  • Make medical claims about a product
  • Were written by Obi Outfitters staff, family members or anyone paid to write them

Photos in Reviews

We love seeing little ones and their puppies in Obi outfits. When you upload a photo with your review, you confirm that you took the photo or have the right to share it, and that you are comfortable with it appearing on our website.
For your child’s privacy, we suggest not including details like their full name or location in the photo or review text. If you ever want a photo removed, just contact us and we will take it down.
By submitting a photo, you allow Obi Outfitters to show it on our website alongside your review.

Incentives

There is no incentive conditional on rating. Your star rating and what you write never affect anything you receive from us.

Our Replies to Reviews

Our team reads reviews regularly and may reply publicly, especially when a customer has a question or a problem.

How Reviews Are Displayed

Product ratings shown on our site are the average of all published verified reviews for that product. Reviews are usually sorted by most recent, and you can filter them by rating.

Reporting a Review

If you think a review breaks these guidelines or is not genuine, please let us know through our Contact Us page. We will look into it and take action if needed.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Review Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
